The history of the Islands of Malta spans over 7000 years to the Neolithic age. Given its strategic position in the heart of the Mediterranean, Malta has fallen to the rise of the Roman Empire and imperial British forces and has bravely resisted invasion by the Ottoman fleets in the 15th century. Its rich history can still be revisited throughout the islands amongst which a modern side has developed to the Republic we know today.
Surrounded by the Mediterranean sea, Malta is compassed by beaches, from the shallow, crystal blue waters of Paradise Bay, to the rocky, tranquil waters of Exiles, thus we have beaches to suit every desire.
Although Maltese and English are the official languages of Malta, a myriad of languages are spoken on the islands due to the influx of international employees, so whether speak Italian or Spanish, French or German, Swedish or Finnish, etc.. you are bound to have access to native speakers of your nationality to assist with conferences and events.
Malta offers mild winters, warm summers and pleasant springs & autumns. Average winter temperature is 15C and 32C in summer.
